Meet Renee

Managing Director|Founder

Renee brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in accounting, administration, operations, marketing and business management. She has supported small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs by building practical systems, organizing financials, and creating operational clarity that allows businesses to grow sustainably — not chaotically.

Her approach is structured and detail-oriented, but always grounded in real-world execution. She doesn’t believe in complicated strategies that sit in a folder — she believes in systems that actually get used. Clients rely on her for reliable, consistent, and professional support that keeps their businesses moving forward.

But beyond the systems and spreadsheets, Renee is a true people person. She genuinely enjoys connecting with clients, asking the right questions, and spending the time it takes to understand how their business really works. For her, it’s not just about checking tasks off a list — it’s about helping business owners feel supported, confident, and clear.

Outside of work, you’ll find Renee with a book in her hand (she loves reading), out on a hike — sometimes dragging Collin along whether he likes it or not — or volunteering in the community, which is something very close to her heart.

She believes strong businesses are built on structure, clarity, and care — and she brings all three to every client she works with.

Meet Collin

Director|Co-Founder

Collin brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial management, administration, and business systems. He has supported businesses across multiple industries — including security, furniture, construction, finance, and more — helping them build structure, maintain compliance, and operate with clarity.

He is the go-to expert when something needs to be fixed, organized, reconciled, or rebuilt properly. From complex financial setups to tax matters, management systems, and backend structure, Collin ensures everything works the way it should — efficiently, accurately, and sustainably.

Within SSVS, he’s known as the “back-office guy” — the one happily working behind the scenes, deep in numbers and systems, occasionally surfacing for food. But despite his love for spreadsheets and software, he somehow still ends up being a people person. Clients appreciate his calm approach, practical thinking, and ability to explain complex financial matters in a way that actually makes sense.

Outside of work, Collin enjoys being behind the computer (by choice), playing chess, creating and building projects — whether around the house or digitally — and spending time with his family. He also joins Renee on hikes… sometimes willingly, sometimes not.
